The team brings all of their own supplies and equipment - quality items too, such as Dyson vacuum cleaners. They work responsibly and are very diligent. They use initiative to solve a cleaning problem and provide concrete suggestions on how to solve it. They are a professional, respectful and pleasant cleaning team. I like the fact that they are bonded and insured. Dealing with administration is flawless and convenient - especially billing, as the cleaning team does not take payment. House was left in great condition - and they have no problems dealing with pets.
