Would not recommend this company. Pursuing litigation.
Required money up front, but did not complete work. Work currently still incomplete despite many attempts to make arrangements.
Unreliable work dates and refusal to communicate about contract, verbally abusive and difficult to do business with overall.

In response to this most resent review, You guys have used me to get what you wanted plain and simple, I don't care any more however as i ended up going bankrupt which launched this most recent review. But for gods sake please be honest!
Lets make this clear to the world here.
I initially gave you a quote for $27,000 for a tiger wood deck, You guys decided that the price was to much and decided to offer a basement renovation and other projects around the house in an attempt to lower the price, I agreed to this. You knocked me down to $17000 which at this point, I had to pay out of my pocket to complete this project, than you both lied and suckered me into staining the entire structure, against the quotation, but i did it, because I could not afford not to get paid. Than before starting the juliet, I wanted the contract signed, which the both of you refused to do since day one, thats all i wanted, but you could not do such, as you guys wanted to screw me! I decided that I was done losing money to you guys, so I pulled out. Be ware anybody wanting to do business with these people, They will offer anything to get you to start there project, but will not live up to it in the end. "BE SURE TO GET A SIGNED CONTRACT PRIO TO STARTING"
These guys got a beautiful deck and screwed me when it came time to pay.

Also just to make this aware, There was a payment plan in affect, they constantly tried to avoid the payment plan, which didn't aggravate me, but I had to be more adamant on getting paid due to this reason.
Also the deposit they gave me for the juliet deck went to material, which was delivered to there house, I was not plain and simple going to do any more work for them till the contract was signed.

We hired Clayton to build a very large custom deck with roof structure for our family which was just recently completed. It was a complex project and we had very high standards for the finished product as we wanted to use exotic TigerWood. Furthermore, the space will also be used to host business events and the craftsmanship needed to be impeccable. We were most impressed with the timeliness of the project completion and Clayton's vast and expansive knowledge of materials and design ideas. We had interviewed two other companies before hiring Mr Fast and both seemed "overwhelmed" at the size of the project and not able to give us options, ideas or creative ways to get around problem angles. We felt the other companies were "product pushing" their favourites - things they knew how to work with. But Clayton was open to anything we wanted, which showed us that his capabilities were above that of a normal builder. Clayton was extremely confident from the first conversation to the last. As the daughter of an old-school European tradesman, I am extremely particular about the stability and sturdiness of builds, as well as the quality of the finished product. Clayton delivered on all accounts and we have since hired him for a second complex home renovation project due to our satisfaction with his work on this one. The deck (and safety of the structure) has changed our lives. Watching my children play on it has brought us so much joy and we are excited to be able to show it off to family, friends and clients.
