I received three quotes for my garage construction project. Ultimately I went with Altahome, as their pricing was competitive with all the 'best in class' warranties. Arranging financing was also quite straightforward.
There were significant delays, but mostly in getting permits and some related complications! Once the permits were in place, it did not take long. Stan and Ross were great to work with throughout the process. They were very responsive and accommodating, and did not mind the million questions I had.
Altahome is fantastic to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a garage. I love the garage that they built for me. It's exactly what I wanted! I will surely use them for any future projects.

Yes unfortunately when dealing with Development Permits requiring the application of by-laws relaxations it may take some time and back and forth with the city until permission is granted.
