Ruhil came abd scoped out the place , came back with boxes and set up traps for the rats all through the place. Recommended 2 weeks for a re-visit & a cleaner to remove everything and re-set traps incase any left over. Also recommended a permanent fix by concrete pooring below extension

Thanks for your review. It is important to find out the source where rats make There nest. Setup exterior bait stations is better way to keep them outside. Also for permanent solution concrete seal below extension will help you to solve your rats problem. I will do Continues monitoring and re baiting to solve your rats issues.
