So, I got to work doing my due diligence and researching different recommended companies from our realtor and reading various reviews from Google and Facebook. Ive never used an inspector before so this might be what all inspectors do. The inspection notes that they do not check behind appliances. So it was missed that my washer was leaking and that my dryer wasnt hooked up to any vent because there is no vent in my apartment. Something that couldve been noticed without moving the dryer because it was just dangling down but it was noted in the inspection they dont check the dryer vent at all. Id highly recommend checking everything yourself and dont solely rely on the inspector to catch things. I did a mid rating because outside of missing that some appliances dont work, he did find a problem with my electricity and was otherwise nice to deal with.
