A thorough Inspection of the apartment condominium was completed in approximately one hour followed by a brief discussion of possible issues that were also outlined in a very comprehensive report received later the same day. A very satisfactory inspection in my opinion.

Chris was great at explaining us step by step what he was doing and gave us great advice too.

Mr. Brent was full with knowledge and provided all useful informations about the house and upcoming situations. He walked us thru the house and informed all on and off points of the gas, water and what we can expect in future. Even helped us to fix a small issue in the house.

Brent the Home Inspector was very knowlegable. He was happy to share his findings at our new home. He advised and guided us about few things. He also told us where we could go find few things and fix ourselves to save money. They came highly recommended by my realtor and am very happy to have used their services and would use them in future if needed.

Our house purchase was accepted at 10pm and conditional on house inspection in 24 hours. We contacted the inspection company at 10:30 pm to try and arrange an inspection. They were able to send an inspector out the following afternoon and he was fantastic. He was very thorough and explained everything he did. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Completely impressed with this company!
