Dan was extremely courteous and enthusiastic. He was very thorough and actually repaired a number of things as he discovered them. We had seen one of his reports from another house we were looking at and were so impressed that we asked for him specifically for this inspection. He did not disappoint. His report was comprehensive with numerous recommendations as well as some must fixes. Very good experience and we would definitely recommend him to anyone
