Carl Gibbons was our inspector. He was on time, professional, friendly, and thorough with the inspection. He answered questions so I was clear on what was covered and What needed improvement right down to the smallest leak from the washing machine door. He has a lot of knowledge re homes. I would certainly recommend Carl and Odds On Home Inspection to anyone needing an inspection.
