Tom and his team were nothing short of amazing. Living through the renovation and being exposed to most of his team throughout the renovation was an absolute pleasure and the quality is top notch.

I would highly recommend working with Tom. He took the time to explain everything and went through various options. He spent the time thinking through many things, most of which I wouldn’t even know where to start. He ensured we would be happy with all decisions and did a lot of custom work throughout. I am not sure how we would have survived the renovation without him!

We have worked with GTG Construction over a number of years on a variety of projects starting with a large ensuite bathroom renovation in which the original room was gutted and redone from the raw fixtures with new tile, shower, bath, vanity and toilet. Tom is an excellent lead contractor and his work was high quality start to finish. He was also able to provide good advice on product selection and discounts on materials. In addition, Tom's tradespeople are skilled, reliable and trustworthy. Tom and his crew are extremely professional. Our deck and fence replacement (Spring 2018) was completed efficiently and the craftsmanship was excellent! Tom kept us regularly updated during the process and we are extremely pleased with how the project turned out! Demo old basement, reposition walls for bathroom and main bedroom, relocate door for the second bedroom, installed all IKEA kitchen cabinets, installed bath tub, toilet, tile and flooring in bathroom, Installed all electrical including sub box and all plumbing, installed all flooring in the suite, installed all doors and hardware, installed all baseboard and trim, and painted all.

Tom did a fantastic job on our deck and we are ecstatic with the results! He listened to what we were wanting, came up with options and completed on time!

Tom did a great job. He cares about the workmanship. He is also very dedicated to the budget he sets and if there are going to be changes he communicates well. There are no surprises arising from Tom.

We acquired some new office space to add to our current location. It was in dire need of upgrading and also needed one room converted into a kitchen/ lunchroom. It needed everything! Electricians, plumbers, drywall, design, etc. Tom was so good at keeping the job on time, co-ordinating all trades people and very close to my budget and his original estimate. If changes happened and I guess they always do, he kept me posted. We made decisions together. Never any pressure. He was very clean too. Trusted him completely and would highly recommend him. I had two estimates done, his was the lower one which scared me a little. I did not choose him strictly because of price but he was also available sooner. I had a time-frame and he met that with days to spare! If you have a project and even if you only need another estimate or opinion I feel you would only be happy that you gave him a call and have him out to take a look. The transformation is amazing. He even did extras like mounting the TV and touching up the paint! We are very happy with the results. Thank you Tom!
