Sergio did an outstanding job with my popcorn ceiling, he was very professional and punctual. He promised me the work would be done in two to three days and completed the job on time. His partner who installed the potlights were also very professional, there was an issue with the dimmer, they arrived the following day and corrected it.

I contacted Sergio at Renovated home to remove the popcorn ceiling, install vinyl floor, baseboards and ceiling pot lights. He and his team did an excellent job. They showed up to work on time as promised, he also cleaned up the area once the work was done. I have used many other contractors, and Sergio's company so far is the best I have encountered. I definitely will use their service again in the near future.

When he came to prep, he did a wonderful job covering up everything. The electrician team did a really good job replacing our old pot lights and installing new ones. Sergio was really efficient and meticulous in smoothing out our ceilings, it was absolutely flawless when he was done. He even finished ahead of schedule! We're absolutely love our new ceilings, and the house feels so bright and airy now!

I hired Sergio solely on the basis of his reviews, and I must say I am not disappointed. He is very thorough and respected our home as his own he removed the popcorn ceiling on four bedrooms painted the ceilings and thankfully was also able to paint the master bedroom and patch all the existing holes. He did a very clean job, very knowledgable and very friendly. I added some pictures of the bedrooms, including the master bedroom to show how everything was covered and furniture protected including the light fixture so that everything remained clean and undamaged. Sergio was very professional to work with. He communicated the work to be done and followed through. His work is top-notch. My ceilings are smooth and painted evenly.

In addition, Sergio made sure my hardwood floors and walls were covered to reduce dust. Job took 3 days. I'd recommend his services. His pricing was quite fair.

We had popcorn ceiling in our living room and dining room area. There were also a couple of places where there was water damage from an old leak. We hired Sergio to remove the popcorn ceiling and repair the damaged areas. The finishing of the ceiling was finely done smooth and evenly painted. The work was done June 24-26, 2024.

We also added pot lights in our living room. Sergio worked with an electrician he knew and coordinated the work that needed to be done. We had no existing wiring for any lights in the living room, so the electrician needed to drill holes to fish the wires. Sergio patched those holes up as well.

Sergio (Renovated-Home Popcorn Ceiling Removal) also did a terrific job in containing the dust within the work area and cleaning it up.

I would highly recommend Sergio to anyone needing their popcorn ceiling removed or repaired.
