Renovated-Home Popcorn Ceiling Removal

Sergios team did some skim coating to cover up popcorn ceiling in my whole unit, and they were fantastic. They were the most affordable option out of 4 estimates that I received (by a wide margin) and the quality of the work was great. They took excellent care to protect everything in the unit, and Im very happy with the end result. There were several details that I thought would be challenging to make look nice, but they handled it all very well.

We hired Sergio to remove the popcorn ceilings from our condo and install new vinyl flooring in the unit. Sergio was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process - he was prompt, courteous, and efficient, and he had the work done earlier than expected. Upon competition, everything was very clean.

Sergii arrived as scheduled and worked efficiently to fix and paint the plaster walls and ceiling that had severely cracked when we straightened out the floor. He used a novel technique of a thin layer of Fiberglas plus Durabond to create a perfectly smooth durable surface guaranteed not to crack. He protected the floors and furniture and left the place spotless. Sergeii will be returning soon to paint the kitchen and we have plans to hire him for future work. His price was competitive and I highly recommend this company.

Sergio did an outstanding job with my popcorn ceiling, he was very professional and punctual. He promised me the work would be done in two to three days and completed the job on time. His partner who installed the potlights were also very professional, there was an issue with the dimmer, they arrived the following day and corrected it.

They showed up to work on time as promised, he also cleaned up the area once the work was done. I have used many other contractors, and Sergio's company so far is the best I have encountered. Sergio and his team were fantastic to work with! I hired Sergio based on the wonderful reviews he got from HomeStars, and he turned out even better than we thought! He was super responsive when I first contacted him, and the quote he gave was better than a lot of competitors.
When he came to prep, he did a wonderful job covering up everything. The electrician team did a really good job replacing our old pot lights and installing new ones. Sergio was really efficient and meticulous in smoothing out our ceilings, it was absolutely flawless when he was done. He even finished ahead of schedule! We're absolutely love our new ceilings, and the house feels so bright and airy now!

I hired Sergio solely on the basis of his reviews, and I must say I am not disappointed. He is very thorough and respected our home as his own he removed the popcorn ceiling on four bedrooms painted the ceilings and thankfully was also able to paint the master bedroom and patch all the existing holes. He did a very clean job, very knowledgable and very friendly. I added some pictures of the bedrooms, including the master bedroom to show how everything was covered and furniture protected including the light fixture so that everything remained clean and undamaged.
