Made a problem worse and asked for more $ to look at it

Technician was here two days ago and the problem is now worse. They chose my calling to report the issue they caused as the time to tell me warranty coverage only applies between 9-5, and that Id have to pay a dispatch fee to have them look at their faulty work.
Fired immediately, and a new plumber is coming urgently for half the dispatch fee I was quoted.
Save your money. Caused more problems than they solved. Moving on to someone more competent and understanding.
