On side was professional and took care of my damage immediately after the hail storm. I highly recommend them to everyone! I didn't have to worry about anything, everything as taken care of!

Fantastic work done! My air con leaked and bubbled my floors...Onsite replaced everything and was even a better job than the floors before...:) would recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality job!

We had a leak in our apartment, On Side communicated well regarding what the process would be, they scheduled a start date within a good timeframe, they did the work in a timely manner and then met with me to explain what happened and what my options were. They didn't do anything that was chargeable over and above my insurance claim without communicating to me and they provided quotes for whatever I requested.

Would recommend OnSide highly. Communication was for the most part excellent, the initial clean up was prompt and thorough. The repairs done by the sub contractors were professionally completed, with pride of work. Overal clean up at the end of project was good.

Despite the initial mess of a flood, we came out with a stunning bathroom at the end.

Al Jones did a fantastic job looking after the repairs as I was out of town the entire time and never had a concern about his supervision of the repairs of fixing the flood damage due to broken pipes ,would recommend Al and onside to anyone who asks

Overall, we had a great experience with On Side. We had a small flood in our kitchen due to our dishwasher breaking down and our insurance company recommended On Side to have it repaired. Everyone was friendly and they did an amazing job with our kitchen, it looks even better than it did before! The only complaint I would have is that after I had the lockbox set up, I wasn't informed ahead of time when staff would be showing up at my home (which I would have appreciated because I have an indoor cat). Other than that, my experience was great! Would highly recommend them (but maybe not the lock box).

Our apartment got flooded during a sewage back up. The laminate flooring and some of the drywalls were replaced. From the initial contact until the job was finished we were extremely satisfied with the whole process. Our project manager, Matt, was really easy and pleasant to work with. The ladies who packed and unpacked our apartment were wonderful. Now floors and walls look amazing. Everything was performed on time. We were lucky to get such a great team working for us! Thank you.

PM GAVE A VERBAL QUOTE AFTER SPENDING LITTLE TIME AT SIGHT .WRITIN QUOTE TOOK 3 WEEKS TO SUBMIT PRICES DIDNT INCLUDE PROFIT AND OVERHEAD THIS WAS MISLEADING WHEN FINAL BILL WAS 30 TO 40% MORE THAN QUOTE WORK WAS DONE WELL BUT VERY SLOW ONSIDEDS PRICE WAS STILL THE MOST COMPETETIVE DESPITE THEIR SHORT COMINGS THEY WHERE VERY ACCOMADATING WHEN ADJUSTING THE FINAL PRICE TO MATCH THEIR QUOTE .I WOULD RECOMEND ONSITE

I highly recommend this company to all. We are very satisfied with our new laminate. It was done very precisely and carefully. Also, they were able to finish the job by the promised date and everyone was kind and gentle. Thank you!

Run fast, run far.
The most incompetent, insensitive company I have ever dealt with. The barbie doll Project Manager presents you with her card, her name is followed by a number of designations - I researched her qualifications and they represent 2 weeks of pass/fail or attendance courses.
Regardless, that is the last you will see or hear from her, unless it for for an upsell for her contractors related to your reconstruction. They had a dream project with 4 months to complete two or three weeks worth of repairs. When I returned they had completed about 3 days worth of work. Worse than that, most of the work done needs to be redone. I fired them. Apparently they could care less, and so should you.
