The Basement flooded due to a water pipe break. Our insurance company contacted On Side and they immediately responded and started working to clean up the water and dry out the basement. Staff were very polite and efficient at their jobs. We are very satisfied with the work completed. They went above and beyond restoring some of the shelving components and wall boards. They covered up furniture to make sure nothing was affected during restoration and worked around our schedules well.
