Unfortunately, we had a sewer back-up in the home that we recently moved in to. There was extensive damage done to the flooring in our master bedroom, en suite, walk-in closet and powder room as well as damage in our basement and the ceiling had to be replaced. On-side was prompt in coming out to our home, assessing the situation, pulling out the damaged flooring, drying things out and getting the repairs done. The communication was good, the repairs were completed in a timely fashion, and we are very happy with the work they did. The company was courteous and, Kevin, the project manager was great to work with.
