After a bad experience with a supposedly reputable roofing company
i now use three equations that will determine which company to use for repairs
workmanship :
Dan did great work for me previously. a chimney that Santa gave a thumbs up too.

The cost is more than I was hoping and that is no fault to Dan, he gave a fair fee estimate.
trust:
Dan gave me honest professional and helpful answers.
even thou knowing i might not be able to use his company this time and was not to beneficial to his company
he still took time out to assist me ....honestly.
