Our basement was half finished with a bathroom and needed to be gutted and rebuilt. We hired Hapers Home Renovation and almost three years ago and to this day, I am happy and impressed everytime I go into the basement!!
Mike and his team were professional, effcient and worked until the job was completed in spite of a number of unforeseen obstacles - not of their doing. Mike was consultative every step of the way. He always communicated clearly about what he was doing and what decisions needed to be made. He was knowledgeable about materials and processes, but did not impose his point of view. The project ended up costing more than we anticipated but only because we upgraded as we went, but in the end it was EXCELLENT value for the quality of the workmanship and materials. Mike was excellent at estimating time and cost. He finished pretty much on schedule and did extra work that was unanticipated as well. It is a beautiful basement and bathroom and has continued to look brand new despite being almost three years old. I would be happy to recommend Hapers Home Renovation to anyone who wants quality and professional work .
