Replaced front and side entry wood doors as well as old storm doors, with steel doors with multi-locking dead bolt system & storm doors with retractable screen. Wanted to match the doors to the original 1952 Mid-Century side door to keep the look of a shaker style door with glass window, our meeting with our salesperson Rayon was great, he took the time to explain & find us the door to match the shaker look, we picked the (Victoria) model. Thank you to the project manager Jim for finding the closest period correct style wood casing trim to match our existing trim & answering all our questions. A big thank you to the installation crew Matt, Corey & Rob, who removed the old doors and frames & installed the new doors, very skilled tradesmen, who work hard & are very professional. The new doors are great, well insulated, secure & make the house complete. Ask for this crew. Great job.

We recently had to replace a broken window. Renewal By Andersen replaced the window under warranty.
The two service Tech's, Jose and his associate completed the replacement with out incident.
The two service Techs were very courteous, professional, clean, and organized. they completed their work and cleaned after themselves, they protected the area use drop mats and wore shoe covers ensuring everything was clean.
I can honestly say that the level of service was impeccable from the initial placement of the service call to the completion of the warranty work. The attention and service were outstanding.

I approached four window companies. I wanted to buy quality custom windows from a company that made AND installed the windows. I was most impressed by Renewal by Andersen. The sales rep, Russell, brought a sample Fibrex window, measured my windows, saved the measurements and window style information on his iPad, and provided me with a quote by the end of the meeting.
Everyone that I dealt with at Renewal by Andersen was professional, friendly and efficient. Once the contract was signed and deposit given, all relevant documents were e-mailed to me, and Steven, the Project Manager, came to my house to introduce himself to me, answer questions, further explain the process and confirm the measurements. I was kept informed throughout the whole process, and my windows were ready ahead of schedule. On the date of installation, Steven called to advise when the Installation Team would arrive. The Installers worked hard, stepped only on the rubber runners they laid down, cleaned up after themselves, and asked permission when they wanted to use my washroom. They were not on their cellphones all the time like other workers I have hired. They went above and beyond to clean up some broken glass shards. Steven stopped by on both installation days, did a final inspection the day after completion, but, since I wasnt home, he returned again the next day.
I proudly show off new windows and new patio door. THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL. The house felt warmer as the windows were being replaced. The cost was higher than the quotes from the other window companies, but, to me, the cost was secondary to now having quality windows, an excellent warranty, and the backing of Renewal by Andersen. I am happy with my decision, and have no hesitation in recommending Renewal by Andersen.

Replaced vinyl windows with high end composite windows, they look great and have excellent insulating properties. They should last for many years.
