Decent work until pool installed but terrible communication throughout. Once installed - the follow up and ongoing communication is just simply a nightmare. No one answers calls, they dont clean the pool, not education on how to operate. Its not just one rep, its everyone that was involved in this process. Theyre slow, and lack the ability to care about the clientele. We spent $150k only for them to disappear and not respond to messages, follow up. I had to pay my own pool school from a different company just because they were so frustrating. Scheduling misses, no responses. Stay AWAY!
