I can't say enough about this company. We intended to get our roof done last year and got quotes from 3 roofing companies in the area. South Peak stood out from the beginning, bringing by sample boards and then when I struggled with visualizing the colours on a larger scale, Dave ran over full shingles of the ones on my short list. Something came up and it ultimately took us almost a year to get back to the roofing project, but South Peak was understanding, and re-engaging was seamless. We’re busy people and South Peak kept in just the right amount of contact, no sales pressure, just information available whenever I needed it: responsive and knowledgeable. The whole experience was stress free, impeccable service and top-quality products with the best service and warranty in the city.
Also, a huge shout-out to the crew who removed our old cedar shingles and put on our beautiful Landmark shingles: they were exceptional (even to our dogs and dog friends, 8 between my immediate neighbours and I). Speaking of neighbours, we have received multiple compliments and have noticed many people stopping to point, talk and nod approvingly: a fond affect in a finer neighbourhood. The ROI on this project may be the best money we’ve spend on the entire reno. Exceptional sales, impeccable installation service, cost conscious quality of material, and the fact that South Peak’s service warranty stands behind both their certified installers and their materials…even in the country’s 2nd windiest city, I’m comfortable. After having received five estimates from various roofers, we decided to go with South Peak Roofing. What a great company to deal with from top to bottom. Excellent service, installation was great and on time. We used Certain Teed Landmark shingles in the Pewter colour for our roof. We are so happy how it turned out. I had South Peak replace the shingles on both my house and garage, (approx 100 Sq). Being a Contractor myself (but not a roofer), I was very cautious in picking the right outfit to work on my home. The Contractor and his installers are without doubt, more important than the brand of shingle. I meticulously researched products and contractors to do the work. When I called Ken at South Peak, I was already well aware of products and details of the job. I found Ken to be a straight shooter and very knowledgeable in his trade. He didn't try to up-sell or exaggerate the job so he could charge more. He was a great guy to deal with. His price was on par; maybe not the cheapest but most certainly not the most expensive. I was fine with that - I wouldn't trust my roof to the cheapest guy I could find.

The installation crew was first rate. 4 qualified guys, hardworking and polite. No cursing, no radios, just the sound of guys working getting it done. They didn't leave a mess or a bunch of nails on the ground. They cleaned up at the end of the day and after the job was complete, you couldn't tell they were there - perfect.

The roofing company really deserves the ratings you see... they are really that good and best of all they carry excellent quality shingles that can handle the hail we see in Calgary. Here is my story:
I don't typically provide reviews but due to the EXCELLENT customer service, knowledge, products and work performed I wanted to leave feedback. I spent significant time researching companies and they made it to my short list. They responded very promptly, had their crew lead check out my roof, provided accurate recommendations and quote within the range I had expected based on the work that needed to be done and the quality of products I was able to select from. Ken even dropped by my work to show the color samples. They were very flexible and installed a flat roof portion where I had a leak and did extra work to ensure a very high quality job. I contacted them just before the winter but due to the rapid weather change they were unable to do the roof last year and just completed it at the end of March when the weather was perfect & safe to install. The company knows what they are doing and it was a pleasure working with them, very professional & knowledgeable. Highly recommended... and will recommend then to my friends and family. It's very nice to be able to trust a company!

We are very happy with South Peak, their price for our metal roof was much better than the competition, and they were super professional throughout the whole process. Dave always updated us via email and text to let us know where things were at. And the crew who installed the roof were very friendly and professional and did a great job.

Work was started on schedule and was completed as promised within three days. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and the selection of roofing materials was good. The entire job was done very professionally.

We had South Peak come by to take a look at our roof as we had noticed that it was not in great shape any longer. Ken and Rich came by and took a look and noticed the hail damage. They said that they would have measurements of the roof taken and would send us a quote shortly. We had a bad hail storm the summer prior and we contacted our insurance company. South Peak sent us the quote and were extremely patient as we dealt with insurance and answered all of their questions very quickly. We had the roof replaced in late November and we were sure that the crew would not want to work in the colder weather - but they did! They were amazing! Quick & tidy! Super nice fellows that worked really well together. Ken followed up with us the next day. We could not be happier with the quality of the work and all of the crew at South Peak! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to all my close family and friends.

Purchased a 25+ year old home this year with an original pine shake roof. Requested and received several quotes, all giving different prices and features. South Peak quote was competitive and Ken was fast to respond to questions and came to our house to show us shingles he quoted and helped us select one. We chose South Peak based on product, warranty, price and reputation.
The roof was replaced over 2 days in July and gutters were replaced the following week. All the work was completed as we agreed and we are very happy with the outcome, it looks great. The South Peak crew were friendly and did a fantastic job of cleaning up at the end.
