I had South Peak replace the shingles on both my house and garage, (approx 100 Sq). Being a Contractor myself (but not a roofer), I was very cautious in picking the right outfit to work on my home. The Contractor and his installers are without doubt, more important than the brand of shingle. I meticulously researched products and contractors to do the work. When I called Ken at South Peak, I was already well aware of products and details of the job. I found Ken to be a straight shooter and very knowledgeable in his trade. He didn't try to up-sell or exaggerate the job so he could charge more. He was a great guy to deal with. His price was on par; maybe not the cheapest but most certainly not the most expensive. I was fine with that - I wouldn't trust my roof to the cheapest guy I could find. The installation crew was first rate. 4 qualified guys, hardworking and polite. No cursing, no radios, just the sound of guys working getting it done. They didn't leave a mess or a bunch of nails on the ground. They cleaned up at the end of the day and after the job was complete, you couldn't tell they were there - perfect.
