I left the approximate cost empty as I don't believe its appropriate for a rating service like this. Suffice to say the full siding and asphalt roof replacement was very competitive with other contractors.

South Peak Roofing Ltd provided exceptional service from start to finish.

Prior to signing the contract we never felt rushed or pushed into signing. Rich was very accommodating and he spent the time to answer all of our questions. We were provided with samples of both roofing and siding materials to review at our leisure and Rich made it very clear what the options were and the differences between each option.

Once we signed the contract, Ken contacted us a couple of days later and work started.

Siding was first and the crew was great. They did a great job but more importantly they engaged us on several aspects of the job as to our preference on how to proceed. They went out of their way to correct a couple of things that were not in scope and in one case, they made a cross town trip to replace an exterior light mounting panel. Every day, the entire yard was cleaned up and organized.

The roof followed, and obviously as they are up top, our interaction with the roofers was less. I could see the attention to detail as new extra venting was supplied on one side where we were having the most problems with degradation. Every day, the yard was cleaned up and organized.

Once each job was finished the dumpster bins were removed immediately.

Both crews were very polite and respectful. You could see that they took pride in their work.

I will be recommending South Peak to anyone I come across that needs this type of work.
