I am so not impressed with this review site. What a pain!!!

I want to give Mark a good review but this site is sure not making it easy

I had tried repairing my leaking toilet several times over the past 6 months. It has continued to leak, ever since it started. After several attempts to do it myself, It was quite evident that I was skilled to the leak. So I tried calling Mark, he repaired it in a timely manner and was quite reasonable in the charge to repair. I would not hesitate to refer Mark to other people with plumbing problems.

Mark at Blue Frog Services was recommended by a friend.He came over and immediately diagnosed the problems. He did the work in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. Mark is a great guy and I have already recommended him to some friends.He really knows his stuff. Keep it up Mark!

A fellow handyman on this site told me he was capable to plumbing even tho he was not certified. I let him do work on my place and have had nothing but problems. Leaks, floods, drips, etc...

I contacted Mark at Blue Frog specifically because the guy above told me not to.

I couldn't be happier. This man is kind, honest and really, REALLY knows his stuff. All at a vey reasonable rate.

In addition, he offered my elderly neighbour a discounted seniors rate. I am VERY appreciative and would HIGHLY recommend.

As a new homeowner and not knowing much about renovations I was one of those guys who got wronged by one of those "other" contractors so when I met mark I was a little concerned. my place was in the worst shape ever. But thank you to mark he was able to turn it lol around not only with his incredible experience and professionalism but by bringing others he new with other skill traits to get this complete package Reno done for me. He had to come in tear down and remove everything done by previous contractors then had to do it the correct way. Mark out did himself on my basement bathroom it was a tiny little bathroom and we had to knock down wall and jackhammer the floors for new piping it was INCREDIBLE how he changed it Into a very relaxing
well lit room I love it. Mark also has the knowledge and experience to recommend amazing things to do with your Reno and how to use the space in the best possible way and that was important to Me not knowing much. I have been recommending him to everyone I know and I must say this... Do yourself a favour and if you are in the market for any kind of home improvement CALL HIM FIRST !!

Mark has performed a number of plumbing services on our 40 year old house over the last year (has replaced three sinks, replaced six faucets, replaced a hot water tank, replaced a toilet and replaced a shower head). Mark is very friendly, punctual, service oriented and charges reasonable rates. You can tell he is an experienced and knowledgeable plumber. Mark's top priority is customer service and providing a quality plumbing product.

9 stars instead of 10 because sometimes the finishing details can be a little off (I am very picky).

The valve in my tub faucet was gone and had continuous water flow. Mark was recommended to me. Once I explained what was going on to Mark and he came over for the consult, Mark had also lined up a tiler for the consultation as the tiles needed to be removed, which was a great relief for me as I did not have to find a tiler also. Happy to say that Mark did a great job, it looks great and everything is working wonderfully. Mark communicates everything that is going on and I would highly recommend Mark for his plumbing services.
