Mark has performed a number of plumbing services on our 40 year old house over the last year (has replaced three sinks, replaced six faucets, replaced a hot water tank, replaced a toilet and replaced a shower head). Mark is very friendly, punctual, service oriented and charges reasonable rates. You can tell he is an experienced and knowledgeable plumber. Mark's top priority is customer service and providing a quality plumbing product. 9 stars instead of 10 because sometimes the finishing details can be a little off (I am very picky). I would recommend Mark / Blue Frog Services for any plumbing needs.

Found through an on-line ad, I used Bull Tough / Ky for a large hardwood refinishing project in August 2014. Overall, it was an excellent experience and Ky delivered on everything you could ask. He did an outstanding job sanding and staining the floors, showed up on time, finished earlier than originally agreed, and came in right on quote. He was very professional and dedicated to doing a great job. We get a lot of comments on how good our floors look. There was some damage that occurred to the existing base boards during the refinishing, but we were warned that could happen and had originally agreed to take them off so I don't hold that against Ky. Bull Tough would definitely be my first call again if we had any hardwood work to do.
