I spent 25 thousand to get all the wrong product and faulty materials,sadly had to pay 30 thousand to replace and repair all damages myself,and snap financial takes a lean and keeps the lean on even when payed in full.The BBB has 30 plus complaints,I would tell anyone never to use company,or vinyl pro products or use snap finance, 14 months later i know how to take there finace company to court to force lean removal,I wonder if people paid massed away and then they got the lean money,Beware doing any dealings with company product or finance company.

Worst company ever. Windows took 21 weeks to get delivered (quoted 4-8), were damaged when they did show up and weren't the right size. Refused to return my calls for months so when I drove to their office I was told I lived too far away to service (300KM) and they weren't responsible. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and considering small claims to recover costs.

Friendly workers, work was done in a timely fashion, clean up was great, windows look great

north tech windows did a excellent job. We are very happy with are new windows and front door The installers David and Shelva are respectful and very experience at there job. Left job site clean and wanted to know if we were happy with the windows and doors before they left. Would recommend.

Replaced all windows and doors
All windows are incased in brown!
All doors are incased in white, looks like mix up!
North $ south side of house look beautiful C/W no doors!
East and west not so pretty ,as you see window trimmed in brown ,,doors trimmed in white !
Man door,in garage,thresh plate appears to be too high,need to step over it now!
French door in kitchen ,,first you could see lite through the weather stripping ,,now must pull door
shut,or it just pops back open!
Three different workers came to try fix the French door,the last one said ,,he would be happy if it was
his door!
In closing I realize it's tough to please everyone, also disappointed no screens in French door in kitchen!

The guys did a great job. Professional in all aspects from start to finish. The replacements look great.

We met Julia at the Home and Reno Show in Red Deer in October 2018. She was very knowledgable and we were impressed with North Tech's windows. Julia gave us a quote the next week and we ordered the windows. They were installed mid January by Alexei and Ed. The project took 3 full days to install. One of the bedrooms were not egress so they had to cut our the stucco and drywall to install. They did a fantastic job!

I would definitely recommend North Tech. When we decide to replace our doors, we will use them again.

They did really great job. Ed's group did it in 3 days for my house (bungalow, 1300 sqft) replacing all doors and windows They did it very professional .
They left all cleaned after their work. Seller Julia Dronova was very cooperative, helping me to choose what options would be best for my house.
I didn't give 5 stars only because I was waiting 10 weeks for that job from the date I made contract with them. I got a promise it will be done in second half of August, 2018 but job was done on September 18, 2018.
Yes, I would recommend them to everyone if they are ready to wait 8-10 weeks for job to be done.

We recently had a bay window, 5 sliders, a casement and an awning window replaced in our home. Alex the operations representative was a pleasure to work with and was knowledgeable on our window options. The bay window was smaller than the original (my choice) so framing was involved. Samir the installer and his helper were friendly and did an excellent job on all the windows, we are very pleased with the finished job. They also did a great job in clean up of the old windows. I would recommend this company and will use them again when we replace the windows in our sunroom.

Good work on door install. Very friendly installers. Only complaint would be that they were a little messy with the spray foam insulation, which was a pain to get off the vinyl siding. Otherwise very pleased with the work.
