Excellent Service, Thorough Repair
This is the second time I've used Tornado Plumbing & Drains, and, again, they did not disappoint.
Sergey called promptly, asked about the problem, and gave us multiple options with estimates.
Once he arrived he got right to work and gave us explanations as to what issues he found, and how he fixed them. There was an unexpected issue which couldn't be fixed immediately, but he returned the next day and took care of it straight away.
Honestly, he went above and beyond what we expected for the service call, and was very patient as I checked -- at his request -- to ensure drains were running faster and all leaks were fixed.
