DO NOT USE THEM if you value your Things, because they do not
They broke one of my most valuable expensive pieces. When I called Adam because I didn't want to give payment until we figured it out, he assured me he would just put it through insurance, he was also VERY dismissive about my whole solid wood four-piece entertainment stand getting broken. I have texted repeatedly inquiring with no reply, he has read the messages. There was cigarette butts left all over the place. It was loaded so poorly that when we went to unload we had to be careful for it all not to fall on top of us. We moved to BC so needed them to load it in Calgary. I have attached pictures. I will also be reporting them to the BBB. Please don't use them if you value your home or your stuff.
Also they wore their shoes the whole time and it was raining, so there was mud throughout the whole house.
They only loaded it in AB, we unloaded in BC.
