Eight years after two cracks were repaired,one leaked again. Prompt answer to phone call and immediate referral to warranty department. Booked appointment right away at my convenience. Follow up confirmation call day before,technician arrived right on time,pleasant informed tidy and realistic about what needed to be done. Minimal destruction of drywall.Fixed leak,tidied,all within the hour. No charges. Very impressed.A 100 % positive experience,excellent customer service and warranty fully honoured.
