ideal countertop

Robert was great, came did all the measurements and walked me thru the process as well shared details on the slab we picked. He showed up when he said he would installed the counter and sink as requested and and even helped us drill a hole in our Quartz countertop in the kitchen so we could install an RO tap. (He wouldn't take any money for the extra work)

We didn't pay Robert directly we paid our contractor so the price was included in the cost of bar.

We are very happy with the job and would recommend him to anyone.

The price sounded right but we should have checked homestars first for a reputable company. The service was not professional, passing off two slabs of granite as being the same colour and they were not. The mismatch was very obvious. Also, after two weeks of pleading with them to put in the correct colour, there is now a wide gap between two pieces that meet at the corner. So the colour is now a match, but a very noticeable gap.

We should have been informed that what we were getting were multiple pieces but communication was also difficult, we were not getting direct answers.

Basically if you want no headaches and a professional job, go elsewhere. Very poor feeling on ideal countertop.
