The workers looked around, made the pictures before the cleaning, explained in details what they are going to do. The company also provided a good discount because my neighbors and I made an order for the same day. They also used a truck (not a van) with powerful equipment. They are certified and have 20 years of experience. No unexpected fees. The total fee was absolutely reasonable comparing to other companies and lower than a few monopolists offer. We also got a gift - one furnace filter. I highly recommend their services.
