Enviro Niagara installed my AC 6 months ago in my Welland property with excellent service. Shane and Christine deserves a special mention. Unfortunately my AC unit was blown off the brackets during the extreme wind conditions few weeks ago. We are still in the process of resolving the issues regarding the cost of repair but they're handling it in a constructive and positive manner.They worked with customers with care by taking positive action to help them out because nothing is more infuriating than lack of follow-up when someone is trying to have an issue resolved. In short Enviro Niagara provides an excellent and exceptional customer support to ensure customers are satisfied before, during and after the service.
