Its been said before, but Matt and Ben were awesome to work with. They were very straightforward and upfront about what our project would entail and what they would provide in the package. During the course of the project, there was seldom a day when someone wasn't working onsite and thus, the project came in quicker than what we even expected. Matt and Ben always made sure we knew who was going to be working at our house. Their contractors were extremely professional and were very eager to show us their work at the end of the day, which sometimes went later than expected but as I told them, I would much rather have to accommodate a contractor who wants to work than have to try to get him to work. The materials and craftsmanship were very high and would absolutely be happy to recommend Basement Builders for any project.

From start to finish, working with Matt and Ben has been an absolute pleasure. We have done a lot of renovations in the past and I must say working with Basement Builders was the easiest and the best experience all around. All the trades were courteous, friendly, polite and professional. The basement was completed on time and on budget. The quality and the pride that they take in their finished work is very obvious as is expected in most big projects, there was a little issue but it was dealt with very quickly and beyond our satisfaction. We love our new basement. We would highly recommend then to anyone.

We interviewed several companies before starting our basement development, right away we felt comfortable with Matt and Ben as they spoke frankly and listened to exactly what we wanted. We received our quote promptly and it was right on budget, and we knew exactly what our project would entail. As with working with any trades we had a couple issues that had us frustrated, however, Ben and Matt are professional and dealt with our concerns promptly and to our satisfaction, even going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.
