Tardiness and resistance with deposit refund
It took almost 6 months and a note to the owner of potential legal action just to get our deposit back. The movers were professional. There were some minor deficiencies toward the end but we probably wore them out by then....it was a long day.

Hello,
We are sorry to hear about your experience with your deposit. In our experience the time frame was closer to 4-5 months. Furthermore, we were in contact with you throughout this time to let you know that the charge back that you agreed to cover for the DVP was being processed through the truck rental company that we rented the truck from, and thus we would not be able to return the remaining balance as deposit until we ourselves found out the final cost. We were charged by truck rental company only 4 months after the incident, and reported to you shortly after to return the remaining balance.
We have also tried to get in touch with you over the phone many times in order to try to rectify this situation. The one time that you did answer the phone, you said you would call us back, and we have not been able to get a hold of you since then.
