Nusens Concierge Contracting

I contacted Nusens as I was seeing brick flaking away from my chimney. They explained that this was because water was getting in the bricks and new mortar, flashing and caulking were needed. They came and did just that. Six months later I noticed brick chips on the ground and holes in the chimney. I contacted the company and was told that the bricks were now the challenge and water was getting into them as they were patterned to match the rest of the house. Now I'm back at square one with a chimney that's still falling apart and $2,000 lighter. The so called warranty is not worth anything.

We hired ALEX AND ALBERTO on a recommendation from a friend.
I can not begin to tell you how amazing they were.
They started our job within 3 days and it was one of the most difficult jobs we have seen. We could not get anyone to tackle this job and everyone wanted 3 times as much $$$$$$$.
ALBERTO had to lay on his back in a crawl space were he could hardly fit height and length wise. They did the almost the impossible by repairing the foundation of our lake house so we could get it sold as it would not pass inspection and our deal fell apart. They were soooo clean and quick and soooo reasonably priced.We now have SOLD our lake house THANKS to these wonderful people.They also did great repairs at our home after a kitchen fire. They also did AMAZING painting at our home in CARLISLE ONTARIO they were once again so clean so reliable and the finest painting anywhere at a price you will not believe. THEY GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!! I contacted Nusens Concierge Contracting in hope to do some maintenance work around my parent's house. We had this huge crack in the fireplace from before we moved in (2 years ago) that was a serious eye sore. They were happy to fix it, as well as hang a large painting in our dining room. The worker was efficient, polite, and even offered to change a two pot light bulbs on the ceiling that had burnt out. Overall, we were very impressed by their professionalism and will be recommending their services to our friends.

I originally called Nusens team for the repair of the roof. But they found the root cause of a few other issues within the house that have been troubling me for months and fixed them successfully. They have been acting very professionally and explained to me patiently about what have caused the problems. Definitely I will retain them for future services. Thank you very much, Nusens! Nusens Concierge Contracting removed old window well; Dug down 6 feet to base of exterior of basement wall and removed old drain from window well; Properly connected new drain and installed wider, longer and deeper replacement window well; Then back-filled the hole. Also, corrected caulking around existing window before installing new window well. A superb, high quality job, done professionally and efficiently. Highly recommended.
