Beware of this company. Will just take your money and not fix anything. He cannot be reached by phone and does not answer your text.

I hired First Choice Fitness Repair to build my dream rack, and they delivered!

Kevin the owner was prompt in responding to all emails. He was able to have his team Kevin (a different Kevin) and Mark (the installers) stop by on short notice when the equipment arrived without much notice.

Kevin and Mark were smart, considerate and efficient.

Unbeknownst to me, the initially delivery was missing parts, could not be assembled and the crew had to come back. They very understanding and were happy to come back once all the items finally arrived.

I have used Kevin and his team more than 20 times over the past two years. They have repaired a variety of different machines - treadmills, cross trainers, spin bikes, etc. and their work is nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL! They are reliable, very knowledgeable, and prompt. I would recommend them highly!
