I have used Maidpro 10 times. The cleaning has been excellent. I have been invoiced incorrectly 4 of the 10 times. 3 times I received 30 minutes less of a clean than charged. The 4th was a 2 hour difference. 3 times the billing was corrected after I inquired. The 4th time they rounded to the nearest half hour and corrected as this is how their "billing system works". If you are quoted and charged for a timed service as Maid Pro does you should get exactly what you pay for ... a 4 hour clean should be a 4 hour clean. We already pay a travel fee so that doesn't count. The moment they step in and out of the door is when the clock should start and stop.
90% of my reviews are to commend good service as I think all small business deserve credit where it is due and they often only hear the bad. In this case, I am reviewing to make Maidpro customers aware that their invoicing was wrong 40% of the time in my case and that you may pay for a certain amount of time and not receive a clean for that amount time. If you have a video doorbell or security system check your timestamps.

Hey J. Give us a call at the office please. It sounds like we should probably cut down the time scheduled for your cleaning if we are regularly going under. That way we will call you when we need more time. All our invoicing is manually done, and is rounded to the nearest half hour. The PROs are trained from day 1 to stay in the house for the full time of the service and do extras if time is remaining. If this is happening regularly to you, then it is certainly not our policy or the way we want to do business and we need to address it with the staff.
