Vea Master

Andrew did some work for my bathroom and he damaged the tiles, left with a huge mess with stains and glues all over my hardwood floors which can't be removed. Further, he caused 2 plumping issues that I had to pay for emergency service calls. He even took my a bag of a tile clips with him when he left. I am very disappointed by his service.

VEA Master installed the hardwood floors in my 100 year old home. I'm quite pleased with the end result. The floors look good. The gentlemen who installed the floor did a great job. They needed an extra day, but I was not charged beyond the original quote. I plan on using this contractor for future work on my home.

I got in touch with Andrew from VeaMaster for the porcelain flooring project in my foyer and kitchen the summer of 2018. Andrew gave me a very reasonable quote and timeline , but would not do a contract or accept an advance. He did not give me customer references as well and assured me I needed to call him 3 days before the project. I called him the week before, he gave me the contact of an electrician. But on the day my project started he went AWOL! He did not answer my phone nor messages. At the last minute I had to go looking for a tile contractor. This both increased the time and schedule of my project. I will never recommend VEAMASTER!

Experienced contractors, easy to work with, we have excellent results. Tiles are placed accurately, we went with very small grout, no mistakes. They were very careful with the rest of the items around the house. All in all, out of seven or eight contractors that marched through our home, they were top two. Easy to recommend.

Got kitchen and first floor done. The price was very fair and workers were very polite. They show up and time and clean up after. Was very satisfied with the job that they did.

The contractors at Vea Master performed waterproofing repair, drywall and flooring.
We were pleased to see that they did there work thoroughly, precisely and neatly. They are truly knowledgeable about there trade. All work was done on time. We highly recommend them.

We are happy results provided by VEA Master. I posted the project on trusted pro and Vevo was 1 of about 5 responses. They provided me with Stepan r phone number. Stepan came over and discussed options to stain the floor. Just by talking to him I felt he was very knowledgeable about the topic. He provided the quote and I said I would call him back. I called around and determined Stepan quote was comparable or better. As I was already Happy with Stepan I decided to hire him. And we are very happy with the process the end result. (included in the cost , they replaced the floor trim)

Had to redo squeaking cold laminate floor in the basement from other contractor (see my other review).

Vea Master guys removed old floor carefully, found heated floor contractors and complete 1000 floor project including heating film installation in two days.
