I called Churchill in the spring and Giancarlo came out the next day to view the job. He provided me with a competitive quote and said he would have availability within two to three weeks depending on the weather. While I was obtaining other quotes, he quickly responded to any questions that I had, yet he did not pressure me to sign the contract until I was ready. Once I signed the contract, he called approx two weeks later and said the work would be started the following week. I actually had to postpone his start date because I was going to have waterproofers on site already that week. He had no problem postponing our project.

A couple of weeks later he followed up and said a crew would be showing up at 7:00 a.m. the following Monday. True to his word, Giancarlo and his crew were there at 7:00 am and promptly started their work. My project was assigned the "experienced" crew who were run by a trio of elderly men each with decades of experience. They were patient in answering all of my questions and working with me to follow the specs on the drawings.

Giancarlo did not ask for any money upfront; payment was actually made a couple of days after the job was completed. He also agreed to remove some mulch leftover from the waterproofing and didn't charge extra for that work.

I would definitely recommend Churchill Construction for any concrete work that may be required.
