I purchased my HVAC and additional warranty ontop of goodman's warranty. After 8 year my HVAC stopped working and I asked Keirian to take a look at it . He said that he will charge me $235 for diagnostic and extra for any parts. I would highly recommend to read the contract closely. There is no point of purchasing warranty from them when they ask to do yearly maintenance.

This company cost me almost $1,000 in cleaning after they cleaned my gas fireplace. Yes, they wore booties and draped the floor area around the fireplace, but Paul didn't tent the area and I ended up with a thin black oily film over everything in my family room, the laundry room adjacent and up my stairs. Two calls to them to complain -- no answer, only an email calling into question my honesty -- really Sandra?

Cold cold winter. Our furance stopped working late on a Sat afternoon. No one else returned our calls! Called Paul @ Furnace Experts because of reviews here. He came during bad weather, was extremely pleasant and knew what to do . Will use again and for maintenance. Thank you Paul

I called them for a tiny problem I had with my furnace and although it was a small furnace repair work they nevertheless showed up fairly quick and dealt with work in a professional matter. If any of my heating or air conditioning systems break down again, I have their contact now so I will be calling them.

It took a few tries to find someone who could fix our hot water heater - gas heated, wall-mount unit, not your a-typical tank. Was able to isolate the problem, provide an on the spot band-aid fix until the part arrived for a full fix. Great service!

We've used these guys twice. Both times were for the installation of a gas line for an outdoor BBQ in two different homes. They were fast, professional and very reasonably priced. They also took the time to explain the hook-up that was done and the safety mechanisms in place. I would definitely recommend this company and will be calling them myself in the future.

We contacted another natural gas contractor we had used in the past for help with what is supposed to be a plug-and-play BBQ connection but they didn't get back to us. When I called Furnace Experts the technician was able to come same day and get our outside BBQ natural gas hook-up working. He was friendly and kind and the cost was extremely reasonable.
