Mark is a nice guy, says all the right things. Did not manage project. Sent 2 guys didn't speak much or no English, one very overweight that had trouble navigating my 3 floors on the hottest day and complained the whole time. I advised not to come that week but they were pushy to start despite the heat. I had to hire another contractor to finish the interior (left tape exposed, no finish) and when Mark came to get paid and saw that the door didn't close, told me I had to deal with the manufacturer directly to fix it. Very uncomfortable project that I could have had my friends do (except they did good exterior siding). Overall, very disappointed.

We had our house wrapped in crown molding!(eaves troughing) Start to finish this team was: professional, knowledgeable, personable, on time, on schedule, and answered a gazillion questions from us and our neighbours.
They had to inconvenience our neighbours due to inner-city unavailability of parking and the need to block driveways, but they took the time to speak to everyone and seek permission first. Paul and Johnathan were so courteous that the neighbours said it was impressive. A little kindness goes very far.
The eaves(house crown molding!) looks beautiful. I lost count how many times they went up and down those ladders. It was not an easy place to work...very tall. The site was cleaned up and all my pitted plants put back.
