The Renovation Plan

I hired Shaun to renovate my kitchen and dining area. After paying him some money he did some work but never came back to finish. Kept asking for more money but never showed up. Took my granite countertop to cut but never brought it back. He started sept 2018 and my house is still a big mess. Had to hire another contractor to finish the job.

Shaun and his guys did a fantastic job on my two piece condo bathroom. He listened to all my concerns and addressed them professionally. The project was completed quickly and exudes a high level of craftsmanship.

I would not hesitate to make use of his services for future projects!

Shaun was wonderful! He renovated our kitchen and bathroom addition in our rental home in Pickering, he also did flooring and a bunch of little things we kept adding on! He worked with in our budget and was very patient with us as we kept changing our minds! His crew was tidy and worked efficiently and around our schedule. We will be working with him again for our own kitchen.

I had Shaun from the Renovation plan remodel my main washroom. Shaun what is the one who made the Reno a pleasurable experience. I was very nervous to have strangers in my home to smash and trash stuff ( absolutely nothing was done like that ). Shaun has a very calm presence and gives a great deal of reassurance as he told me about his past jobs and references. He is very tidy and has a good sense not to damage the surrounding property he answers your questions and explains what the end result will be . This was my first of many Reno’s and even though it’s tough to find a narrow down a company who my contrast Shaun has made this a great experience and so worthwhile. Even the dog who does not like strangers in his home was bringing a shoe for Shaun after the second day at the door upon arrival . D Myers Pickering

Hired Shaun/renovation plan, he always asked for payments/ etransfers and didn’t deliver on the job. I had to hire another contractor to complete the work that I paid him to do. I have lost thousands

The project was to redo the tiles in the kitchen. It required removing the old tiles, including removal from underneath kitchen cabinets. The removal was done without damaging any cabinets or borders. The tiling required leveling the floor and then placing the tiles. Around the corners etc the cutting was done to a perfect fit. Old tiles and other materials were removed and the area was cleaned.
Excellent tea, great attitude and great advice as to what the right approach was. A big thank you to the team.

Shaun and his crew did a fantastic job for us. Updated a bathroom in much need of a facelift. He was there every day until it was complete and the quality and workmanship were excellent. He is polite and well spoken with the clients and puts them at ease while working in their home. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone interested in doing work on their home
