I contacted Tailored Living to customize my master walk-in closet and to build a linen cabinet in my master bathroom. Alison and Ian were both extremely professional and got back to me right away. I received 3D pictures and they continued with great service each time I made a change. Ian came out and measured and offered suggestions which were appreciated given his expertise. Even during Covid, they stayed in touch advising when they come for installation. I was out of the country and Ian built my closet and cabinet. When I came home I was extremely pleased with how amazing they both looked. Honest and professional people to deal with. Highly recommend.

Coming from a family who owned a small business, I am a person who values and appreciates customer service; some might say I have very high standards. Ian understands his customers wishes and follows through. Kids LOVE their closets! My 14 year old son is actually excited to put away his clothes, NEVER happens! Highly recommend!

Ian and his team were great! From the start of my phone inquiry with Alison I was confident that they will handle the project well. Ian took the time to answer my questions and made suggestions based on my preferences. He gave me layout options to choose from and I did not feel pressured with my choice. The team arrived on time and were very professional from the beginning to the end. The project area was left clean and beautiful with the new closet installed. Best of all, it has lifetime warranty so I don't need to worry about anything.

Alison and Ian were quick, provided quick estimates and 3D sketch, came for proper measurements, and installation completed, amazing job. Needed 3 closets done. Ian was super clear and detailed during the consultation, our closet had an angled wall and we were not sure how it would come out. We contacted Tailored Living to have a our closet redone. Soon after we were contacted to set up an appointment and Ian showed up the following Sunday, and after only 15 minutes was able to produce a fabulous design (that we received the Sunday evening). They showed up a couple of week later and built out our closet exactly like the design. We’re so happy with the finished product. Thanks Ian!!

I got Ian’s contacts from this website and he was very quick to respond. I spoke to Alison and mentioned that i was pregnant and didnt want to take any measurements so she agreed to send someone and that’s when Ian came to my house on a Sat. In less than 15min Ian was done taking the measurements for my 3 closets and a mudroom. He is very quick to understand his customers needs and by night time he had sent me the designs for approval. Him and his team wore their masks the whole day during installation and cleaned up their workspace when they were done. I highly recommend them and will hire them again and again. Ooh and my mudroom is a show stopper!
