Best Buy Windows No Longer In Business

They did the great job on my house. I had them the replace ALL my windows--21 in total in October 2014. I am very satisfied with the work. Now I moved into a new house, and try to contact with them to replace the windows again. But just realize they are out of business!! I feel sad for them.

Not even 7 years since installation and the windows are all foggy! And now that they are out of business we are stuck with them unless we pay to get them replaced. What a waste of $10,000! Absolute garbage!

DO NOT use these unprofessionals. Horrible workmanship and they DO NOT honor their warranty. Why do we allow such companies to operate in Alberta? If you are lucky, they will respond to a BBB complaint

Never get this company waist of money and time windows leak air poor drainage and the service sucks even more won't stand behind THEIR LIFETIME WARENTY that they put in THEIR contact won't return messages I stopped counting after 10 and even the better business bureau gave up

I have used them to replace the windows and doors for my home and rental property. I even have recommended them to my sister-in-law in replacing their windows and doors. They have done a very good job and their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about changing their windows and doors.

WARNING: DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR WINDOWS - YOU DON'T EVEN GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Their installers are INCOMPETENT in their work and DO NOT know how to properly install windows. After they "completed" our windows, we immediately noticed a couple of them do NOT close properly. We have been trying to get them to repair it for OVER A YEAR NOW, but they have just been evading responsibility by either deliberately IGNORING our calls or coming out with SEVERAL EXCUSES about their disorganized company (losing customer windows) and bad coordination with their own employees. We're now wondering if this is even a legitimately registered business. After a year of playing phone tag with these guys, we told them we are going to take this into legal matters if they do not come up with a resolution for us, as we have been extremely extremely patient and gave them multiple chances to resolve the matter, they phoned us just to tell us they are going to call us back, which they NEVER did. We had another windows installation company come in for a consultation to replace the windows, and to our surprise we were told that the windows we thought we paid for, which was supposed to be triple layer windows, are in fact only double layer windows! We were also told the installation job required a much more intricate installation, which they failed to do, it was slapped together the quick and dirty way. We know nothing about windows, but based on how they're taking care of this issue just goes to show that they KNOW well what they did wrong and won't own up to it.They told us verbally and it even said in our contract that we would receive ALL triple layer windows. So not only did they mess up the installation, will not come to service their own product, but they DECEIVED us about the product they sold us. These guys should be ASHAMED of themselves for operating as a SHADY business.
