We found Ash and his company through Red Flag deals. From the moment we called him to the end of our replacement, Ash and his teams service was 100/10. Ash was knowledgeable, patient, flexible and provided us with a solution that was best according to our needs. He was least bothered with selling his product (which is refreshing!) but more concerned about helping us make a decision that best suits our needs. Our AC had stopped working and Ash promised to have a Technician out within 10 days. I told Ash that my family suffers from allergies and keeping windows and doors open wasnt a feasible solution and he promised us to see if he can shuffle his other appointments to get us a sooner date. Within 4 days, Ash called us and confirmed an appointment that was only 5 days from when we contacted him! His team of Raj and assistant came and completed the install. After a day of running, we noticed that the AC was tripping the breaker and shutting off. We reached out to Ash again and he responded immediately (on Sunday!) and had us turn the unit off while assuring us that whatever the fix is, he will make sure it is done. Needless to say, his team came back and noted one of the wires was not properly and fixed it immediately. Ash even went the extra mile to set up our warranty and sent us the papers too J We are happy to report, the whole process was as hassle free as possible and we will certainly be using Ashs services in the near future to replace our Humidifier in the Fall!
