Cody did a great job with my mother-in-law's replacement of an old tap system in her tub and replaced it with a renovator piece that is one piece that turns on the water and not two knobs. He approached me right away for a quote and did a great job on the project. The 4 stars was due to his lack of communication when he had some issues that prevented him showing up at the house to do the job and he did not try to set up a new time or provide an explanation at the time for needing to reschedule. I had to approach him a week later. He was very apologetic and did relay the reason for this issue, knocked off $100 from the job due to the screw up and also fixed the minor toilet issue for free. In all, we are very happy with his work and he does a great job and I would recommend him. Remember, communication is always key.

This is the second time Cody has bailed me out and put my house back together. This time replacing a hot water tank, last time untangling my bungled fireplace repair. He is an excellent communicator, incredibly knowledgeable about his trade, honest and very hard working. I'm sure he'll be back fixing my next problem and I would recommend him to anyone that needs work done.

C&C Mechanical was referred to us by a fellow home renovator/flipper. Cody responded promptly to our request for an assessment of the job and provided a reasonable estimate. The job included rough-in water supply and drains throughout the home, installation of a backwater valve, a new hot water tank and gas line re-work.

Throughout the job we were impressed with Cody's communication and expertise. Cody suggested alternate layouts and great products to use which saved us time and money.

Called Cody to come and fix some plumbing problems. He came prepared and on time and did quite a lot of work for a reasonable price. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Our sink was very clogged and water was not going down quick enough. Cody came same day and accommodated to our schedule so we didn't have to take time off work. We also felt we paid a fair fee for all his work.

Great service all around!! Very respectful of our home, when he was finished he left it just as clean as he found it.

Though i hope i dont have to, I would definitely call him again.

Our 59 year old furnace finally stopped working and it had to unfortunately be in one of the coldest weeks in February. We called Cody, as he was recommended by friends, who promptly came out to see us and gave us a reasonable quote which beat a well-known competitor's by far. He was able to replace our furnace the following day for us which was such a relief during the cold weather. He was prompt, worked hard and quickly and always explained what he needed to do. There was a lot of work he needed to do to accommodate the new furnace as the other one was so old, but his was done in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and we trusted his expertise. The new furnace was installed and working the same day, much to our relief and passed the Gas Inspector's inspection with flying colours. We would highly recommend Cody for his honesty, hard work, conscientiousness, friendliness and knowledge. We would like to thank him for putting our mind at rest at a stressful time! :D

Great! It's a job well done...we really appreciated how Codi responded our call. They did it well. Just in less than 2 hours , it's done.

Needed some bathroom plumbing done and fixtures installed, Cody was punctual, had good problem solving skills and a friendly attitude. Was very pleased overall.

We contacted Cody prior to taking possession of our home as we knew we were going to need some work done to correct incorrect installations and to ensure the system was safe. Unfortunately the seller did not vacate the home on possession date so I had to cancel our scheduled appointment with Cody and then advised I would have to contact when we actually were able to get into the home. Once we finally got into the home we discovered that the gravity pump had been leaking water onto the basement floor for some time and needed to be addressed immediately. Cody was over within the hour after I called to inspect and give us a quote. He was respectful of our home and has a great work ethic. Very pleasant to deal with and did a great job with our home ensuring everything was done correctly and was safe for our family. I would highly recommend him. He kept us updated throughout the process and checked with us to make sure his time frame worked for us throughout.
