Today Jon And Matthew from Furnace Solutions were to our home to install our AC unit. The scheduled arrival time was 8:30-9:30. Jon phoned me a half hour before they arrived to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived they came to the door and introduced themselves and began work right away. They laid out a red carpet in our entry way to protect our flooring and still didn't hesitate removing the boots each and every time they entered. Jon worked inside while Matthew took care of the outside work. It was very stress free, they took the time to explain practically every scope of the work. I had purchased a Smart Thermostat (separate from my order) and Jon took the time to install it and even checked if he had mud and scraper to repair the wall from the existing thermostat. We chatted personally just like having guests over. When the work was completed they did a thorough walk through showing me everything they did and how to operate/maintain my new equipment. They were certainly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The entire work area was clean inside and out. These guys care about their job, offer courteous, friendly service and very efficient and made recommending Furnace Solutions and easy choice. 5 star service from some A++ gentlemen.
