I am very happy with Furnace Solutions. Their sales guy was honest and blunt about the products and services he was offering. We were provided with 4 options for replacement and the sales guy didn't try to up sell or push the most expensive option.
Everything was laid out in an easy to read form with all the costs identified. Installation schedule was very fast.
Installation crew was equally honest and courteous. A great bunch of guys. After the install the invoice was explained in detail, the new system was explained for use and maintenance.
Customer service is really a top priority for these guys. I will call them again if I need work and would recommend them to others.
