Pulsar Construction

Pulsar Construction installed a deck attached to the back of our home in late August, 2024. The deck is two steps above an existing concrete slab and is approx. 220 square feet in area. They designed the deck after consulting with us, and they helped us to choose materials. The deck was largely completed in 5 days despite some poor weather; it required just another half-day the next week. Alex is an experienced framer. He laser-leveled the project and built it precisely. He did a beautiful job, particularly in dealing with an access panel to the house crawlspace. There were no charges over the original estimate. We couldn't be happier.
