I am very happy with Bill's job of changing my super-leaky outside faucet, as well as installing an inside shut-off. He responded to my inquiry immediately, which is important to me. We arranged a close date for him to come over to provide me with an estimate (without charge - not necessarily common, but also appreciated). The estimate was less than 1/4 of that of another plumbing company's. (I will review that company's ridiculous estimate in another review.) When Bill completed the actual job, the final amount came to a little less than the initial estimate, which is a refreshing change. The job was done quickly and professionally, and I am very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Cooper Plumbing to anyone.
