Great service. Our furnace had been on the fritz and I call Tim, he responded right away and was able to make adjustments to the schedule to ensure that we got our heat back as we have a toddler at home. He made arrangements for Mackenzie to come the same day for a service call. Mackenzie arrived early, did a thorough inspection and provided in great detail the issues and the go forward plan.

Highly recommend and will continue using Hargrave for any future issues.
