Someone answered right away, took my info and committed to calling back in a few minutes with appointment availability. 5 min later they called back and explained options of a on site visit that evening or the next day, also pointing out that daytime service call was cheaper, good to know right up front. I arranged for a morning visit and Kevin arrived exactly in time. Within 30min we had a diagnosis, parts availability and approx cost. We agreed and the furnace was fixed shortly after. Kevin took the time to explain the issue in detail, I’m an engineer so very interested in these type of things, his explanation was clear and I was confident (having done some of the troubleshooting myself) that it was correct.
